There was a deep silence everywhere. The village looked quiet and calm, as it would be on a hot afternoon. But this silence seemed to be different in some manner. The birds stopped chirping in order to grasp its meaning. The older trees looked up to the heavens, while the younger ones watched innocently. Even the wind stopped for a moment to ask the leaves, swaying gently and cautiously, if anything was wrong. All of them were unable to understand what it was for. However, it seemed there was something this silence had in store for the village. Something which was going to change the fate of the village.

Loud noises, shouts, and clamorous voices sprang up through the air making their way gruffly into the silence. Among various noises and sounds, what one could hear clearly were two…
